Facilities Hire

Zia Park Equestrian Centre offers its first-class horse facilities for hire to individual riders, pony clubs and adult riding clubs. All facilities can be hired by the hour, for half and full days or longer periods.

Dressage Arena for Hire

Zia Park Equestrian Centre’s dressage arena is of Olympic size (20 by 60 metres). The surface is river sand and wood chips on a clay and gravel base. Hire includes dressage markers and accessories such as witches-hats and trotting poles.

Showjumping Arena for Hire

The floodlit showjumping arena is approximately 70 by 40 metres and has enough equipment for a full course. The surface is river sand.

Cross-Country Course for Hire

The pride of Zia Park’s Equestrian Centre is a 20 acre cross country training course with over 25 jumps and obstacles, including trakehners, ski jumps, walls, ditches, tyres, an Irish Bank, a dam and several logs. While most of the cross country training course is flat, some jumps are set on a slope.

Horse Float Hire

Zia Park Equestrian Centre has several floats for hire to approved clients. Floats can be hired for half and full days or longer periods.

Indemnity Forms and Agreements

All outside riders and clubs hiring facilities at Zia Park are required to sign our indemnity form. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a qualified coach or a parent.
