Pony Club Australia at Zia Park
Zia Park is one of only two accredited Pony Club Australia Riding Centres in Western Australia. This means you can join Pony Club Australia as a Centre Member and work through PCA's internationally recognised syllabus and progressive certificate program.
The Pony Club Australia at Zia Park program is offered to:
Riders aged 25 years and over with their own horse/pony OR with one of our school horses/ponies (including horse leasing clients)
Riders aged 5-25 years who do not own their own horse/pony and use one of our school horses/ponies (including horse leasing clients)
Please note, riders aged 5-25 who own their horse/pony cannot sign up and are encouraged to join their local pony club.
What does PCA look like at Zia Park?
At Zia Park, as a PCA Centre member you will have exclusive access to rallies every month. You will be invited to join our FB page PCA at Zia Park (Participants Only) where all the information about upcoming rallies, special events and certificate testing dates can be found.
There are eight certificate levels and each level covers horse riding, care, behaviour, management, and you do not just learn how to ride safely – you also learn how to best care for horses. The lowest certificates cater for beginners and the highest include advanced horse industry skills. The entire syllabus is here
We will be covering different aspects of riding and horse care including Dressage, Ground Work, Show jumping, Mounted Games, Working Equitation and Cross Country rallies, as well as more leisurely activities, i.e. Trail riding. We will also offer rallies during the year that focus on passing the certificates and progressing up the levels and our very own training shows will have special classes exclusive to our PCA members.
After you have become a PCA member, you can sign up for each rally online. Rest assured you can sign up anytime during the year.
Each rally is scheduled for a full afternoon (4 hours) and includes 2 ridden and 1 theory session. The cost per rally is:
$150 (riders with their own horse OR a current Zia Park lease can apply a 20% discount - please ensure you use your code)
NEW MEMBERS

EXISTING MEMBERS
If you WERE ALREADY A MEMBER of the Pony Club Australia at Zia Park Program in previous years you will need to RENEW your membership. Please do not sign up to a new membership. This process is a little more involved but there are detailed instruction on this document.
Please note, once a new member or renewing member has signed up with pca.justgo we will be informed. We will then approve your membership and you will be informed by email that you can now pay for your PCA membership. This must be done before you enrol in a rally at Zia Park, you will need to include your PCA membership number when making this booking.
